About Us
72 dots was created by founder and Creative Director Ian Hallworth who has over twelve years experience working for a wide-range of clients in the media, education, business and charity sectors. He has worked with some of Britain's best-known and highly-respected companies, organisations and agencies including AMX, Attica Cybernetics, CompuServe, Channel 4 and the NHS.
Working alongside Ian is Caroline Sutton, our Editorial Director and co-founder. Caroline worked as journalist for over twelve years for national newspapers as a staff writer covering showbiz, news and features. She was a senior feature writer for The Mirror and Assistant News Editor for The Sunday People.
For the last seven years, Caroline has also worked in new media as a project manager. Her portfolio includes blue chip companies like Channel 4, Granada, ITV2 and the V & A as well as small businesses based in Brighton.
At 72 dots, we are committed to encouraging and developing local talent where we can and Ian is a member of the Digital Design CoVE steering committee at Brighton City College. We also regularly advise at the Portfolio Clinic evening at the annual dSCAPE event here in Brighton – an initiative organised by Wired Sussex.
The proof's in the pudding - we're selling music throughout the world and our customers keep coming back for more. Ian's worked really hard to make it all happen.
